We are committed to having a great ratio of campers to counselors (a 4:1 ratio). This allows us to form personal relationships with each and every camper and really allows each kid to thrive and feel confident.

The decentralized model of our camp location gives us the ability to focus on the activities that the campers and parents want, versus forcing them into a rigid structure. This means more happy campers!

We make sure our staff is made of very engaging and high-energy young adults. We look to bring in the very best staff so that each kid feels that they are in the best environment possible.
